Backup Tool Privacy

The operator authorizes Google's selected-file and app-created-file scope. Normal tool operations are restricted to the designated private recovery folder.

The tool reads folder/file identity, ownership, permissions, size and checksums to verify encrypted recovery objects. It uploads encrypted Bridge database snapshots and encrypted deletion-intent metadata; uploaded customer source files are not copied into these backups. Database snapshots can contain account, billing, conversion and support records in encrypted form.

The tool does not request Gmail, contacts or unrestricted Drive access. OAuth credentials are stored in private server runtime configuration; the private decryption identity is held separately by the operator, not supplied to the running API or backup job. No Google user data is used for advertising or AI training.

Successful daily rotation retains seven verified app-created snapshots; older eligible snapshots enter recoverable Google Drive Trash, not immediate permanent deletion. Manual recovery points and deletion-journal entries are not automatically purged.
